Yes its that yellow phantom.. its called "A heavy Phantom"

I think you can get different colors from different vortexes. I got mine from Jamaa Township! Here are the vortexes on LAND that I found:

I have only found 8 Migration Banners and I don't think I found all of the phantom vortexes.. ?
